


Ingredients:
Crust
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup melted butter
2 tbsp sugar
Cheesecake Filling
24 oz cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 large eggs
½ cup sour cream
Topping
3 bananas, sliced
2 tbsp butter
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
Steps:
Bake crust at 325°F for 10 mins.
Mix filling, pour over crust, bake 55 mins.
Let chill.
In skillet, caramelize bananas.
Spoon over cheesecake and serve!
