
Sweet & Spicy Chicken Stir-Fry with Peppers & Steamed Rice

Ingredients:
Chicken breast, diced

Green and red bell peppers, sliced

Fresh garlic & ginger, minced

Soy sauce, honey or brown sugar

Chili flakes or fresh red chili (optional for spice)

Cornstarch (for thickening)
Sesame oil or cooking oil

Cooked jasmine or basmati rice

Instructions:
Sauté garlic and ginger in hot oil until fragrant, then add chicken and cook until golden. Toss in bell peppers and stir-fry quickly to keep them crisp. Pour in a sweet-spicy sauce made of soy sauce, honey, chili flakes, and a splash of water. Let it simmer and thicken with a touch of cornstarch. Serve hot over fluffy steamed rice for a satisfying, colorful meal.
