Cobb Salad Bowl with Avocado & Turkey

 Ingredients:
2 cups chopped romaine or mixed lettuce

½ avocado, sliced

1 hard-boiled egg, halved or sliced

½ cup cooked turkey breast, cubed or sliced

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup black olives

¼ small red onion, thinly sliced

¼ cup cheese cubes (cheddar, pepper jack, or your choice)

Salt & black pepper to taste

 For the Dressing (Simple Vinaigrette):
2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp red wine vinegar or lemon juice

½ tsp Dijon mustard

½ tsp dried oregano

Salt & black pepper to taste

 Instructions:

 Cook the egg

Hard-boil the egg (~8–10 minutes in boiling water).

Cool, peel, and slice.

2️⃣

 Prep the veggies & toppings

Wash and chop lettuce.

Slice avocado.

Halve cherry tomatoes.

Thinly slice red onion.

Cube turkey and cheese if not prepped.

3️⃣

 Make the dressing

Whisk olive oil, vinegar (or lemon), mustard, oregano, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

4️⃣

 Assemble the bowl

Place lettuce as the base.

Arrange avocado, egg, turkey, cherry tomatoes, olives, onion, and cheese in sections over the top for that classic Cobb look.

5️⃣

 Dress & serve

Drizzle with vinaigrette just before serving.

Season with extra salt & pepper if desired.
