- Mixing the IngredientsIn a large mixing bowl, combine 2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp of sugar, 1/2 tsp of salt, 2 tsp of active dry yeast, 1/2 cup of plain yogurt, 1/4 cup of warm water, and 2 tbsp of olive oil.Knead the dough until it’s smooth and elastic, then cover and let it rest for 1-2 hours until it doubles in size.

Cooking the Naan
- Preparing the NaanDivide the dough into golf ball-sized portions. Roll each portion into an oval shape, about 1/4 inch thick.You can brush the naan with melted butter for extra richness before cooking.
