Ingredients

● 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
● 1 red bell pepper, sliced
● 1 green bell pepper, sliced
● 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
● 1 medium onion, sliced
● 2 tbsp soy sauce
● 1 tbsp oyster sauce
● 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
● 1 tsp cornstarch
● 1/2 cup beef broth
● 1 tbsp vegetable oil
● 2 cloves garlic, minced
● Cooked white rice (for serving)
Directions


Prep Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, beef broth, and cornstarch. Set aside.

Cook Steak: Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Sear steak until browned, about 2–3 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Stir-Fry Veggies: In the same pan, sauté garlic, onion, and bell peppers until just tender, 3–4 minutes.

Combine & Sauce: Return beef to the pan. Pour in sauce and stir well. Simmer 2–3 minutes until thick and glossy.

Serve: Spoon over hot rice and serve immediately!
