
Ingredients
3 cups chopped romaine or mixed greens
2 hard-boiled eggs, quartered
1 small avocado, sliced
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
¼ cup sliced red onion
⅓ cup green olives
⅓ cup kalamata olives
100–150 g sliced cooked turkey or chicken breast
Olive oil
Lemon juice or vinegar
Salt and black pepper

Instructions

Prepare the base
Place chopped lettuce in a large bowl.

Arrange toppings
Neatly add sections of eggs, avocado, tomatoes, red onion, green and kalamata olives, and turkey slices over the lettuce.

Dress it
Drizzle with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice or your favorite vinegar.
Season with salt and black pepper.

Serve
Toss gently if desired or serve as arranged for a colorful presentation.
