Garlic Parm Meatballs, HD

Here’s the recipe:

½ cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Garlic Parmesan Sauce
½ cup Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce (to add a kick if desired)
1 pound ground beef
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
¾ cup Italian breadcrumbs
1 egg
¼ cup mozzarella, shredded
2 tbsp basil, chopped
2 tbsp Parmesan, shaved
1 French baguette, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp garlic clove, minced

Heat the oven to 350°F.
In a small bowl, whisk together Sweet Baby Ray’s Garlic Parmesan Sauce and Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo Wing Sauce.
In a separate bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, pepper, salt, breadcrumbs, egg, and 1/4 of the sauce mixture. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls. Place each meatball on a baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes. Remove meatballs from the oven and top with the remaining sauce and mozzarella. Bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Top with basil and Parmesan.
Brush each slice of bread with olive oil, top with garlic, and bake until brown and crispy.
