
Juicy Mayo-Parmesan Crusted Chicken
Ingredients:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them in the prepared baking dish.
Spread the mayo-Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast, fully covering them.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F) and the topping is golden and bubbly.
If desired, broil for the last 2–3 minutes for a crispier crust.
Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley if using.
