Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
- Slice potatoes into ¼-inch thick rounds.
- Toss slices with oil, salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Spread evenly in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
- Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve hot.
