
Ingredients:
4 cups (500g) all-purpose flour
1/4 cup (50g) sugar
1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) instant yeast
1 tsp salt
1 cup (240ml) warm milk
1/4 cup (60g) butter, melted
1 egg
Extra melted butter for brushing
Instructions:
1. Mix the Dough
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix well.
Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth (use hands or a mixer).
2. Let the Dough Rise
Cover the dough with a towel and let it rise for 1-2 hours (until doubled in size).
3. Shape the Rolls
Punch down the dough and divide into 12 equal pieces.
Roll each piece into a smooth ball and place in a greased baking pan.
4. Second Rise
Cover and let rise again for 30-45 minutes (until puffy).
5. Bake
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Brush with melted butter right after baking.
6. Serve Warm & Enjoy!
Let cool slightly, then pull apart and enjoy!
Tips:

Milk should be warm (not hot) – about 110°F (43°C).

For extra soft rolls, cover them with a towel while cooling.

Storage: Keep in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
