Spicy Beef Taquitos

Spicy Beef Taquitos
“OMG, I served this at our family dinner and everyone was begging for the secret! So tasty, I’ve already got requests for next week!”
To make Spicy Beef Taquitos, preheat your oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with foil and cooking spray. Mix chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, oregano, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper for a homemade taco seasoning. Brown 1 lb of lean ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat, then stir in the seasoning and ½ cup salsa. Transfer to a bowl and mix in 3 oz shredded Pepper Jack cheese. Warm 16 corn tortillas, fill with the beef mixture, and roll tightly. Bake the taquitos seam-side down for 15 minutes until crispy. Enjoy your delicious taquitos!
