Ingredients:
6 bacon slices, chopped
1 small onion, diced
4–5 jalapeños, seeded & chopped
3 cloves garlic
4 cups chicken broth
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups shredded cheddar
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt & black pepper
Chives for garnish
Instructions:
Fry bacon, remove, keep grease.
Cook onion & jalapeños in grease, then add garlic.
Pour in broth, simmer.
Stir in cream cheese until smooth.
Add cream, cheddar, paprika, salt, pepper.
Serve topped with bacon and chives.
