Ingredients:
1½ lbs ground beef
1 cup panko
1 cup milk
1 egg
½ cup onion, diced
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
1 cup mushrooms, sliced and cooked
4 bacon slices, crumbled
1½ cups Swiss cheese
Fresh herbs for garnish
Steps:
Combine beef, crumbs, milk, egg, onion, and seasoning.
Bake at 375°F for 35 mins.
In a pan, cook mushrooms and bacon.
Top loaf with cheese, mushrooms, and bacon.
Bake another 10–15 mins. Let it rest before slicing!
