Ingredients
500g ground beef
1 egg
Salt
Paprika
Black pepper
Green onion
1/2 onion
Tortillas
120g cheese
Olive oil
Preparation
First, mix the ground beef in a bowl with salt, paprika, black pepper, and an egg.
Finely chop the green onion and 1/2 onion and add them to the ground beef.
Fill the tortillas with the ground beef mixture and cheese and roll them up.
Place the filled tortillas in a baking dish.
Sprinkle the cheese over the tortillas.
Bake the baked wraps in a preheated oven at 180°C until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
A tortilla with 500g of ground beef is better than a burger.
